KAPPA AUSTRALIA accepts Visa and MasterCard. All credit card payments are processed by eWay (eway) who have been providing online card processing for over 10 years. At the time you place your order, your credit card is pre-approved. Actual payment is processed through a secure process one we have packed your order and it is ready for shipping.

Due to stock availability, your order may be split and shipped as pieces become available. This may therefore result in split charges on your credit card.


Authorisation Pledges

Sometimes your credit card may show two charges from us on your account. Often what appears to be a second charge is actually an "authorisation pledge" or "hold" that is placed on your account when your order is confirmed and may continue to appear for up to 5-7 days. After this time, it should disappear. If this does not occur, please contact us with the name and head office fax number of your financial institution. We will contact them on your behalf to have them reverse the initial authorisation charge for you.
